How do I size a jar? Fill it with water to the fill line and weigh just the water. That weight is the most accurate way to size a jar. You can also enter the jar's volume in ml or fl oz.
What is the fill factor? How much wax fits compared with water. Most soy waxes are about 0.86. Your supplier may list it; you can change it for each wax in Settings.
Percent of wax or percent of total? Most suppliers give fragrance load as a percent of the wax weight, which is the app's default. Settings can switch it to a percent of the total weight.
Why do my weights never drift? The app does exact math and rounds only what it shows you. The wax and fragrance on screen always add up to the total.
Does the app pick a wick for me? No. The right wick depends on your wax, fragrance, dye and jar, and a wrong guess can burn unsafely. Burn tests and wick trials help you judge the wick you chose. Follow your supplier's limits and never leave a burning candle unattended.
I bought Pro on another phone. Open Settings and tap Restore purchase. It uses the same Apple ID; there is no account to sign in to.
