The short version: your recipes, costs and burn tests stay on your phone. There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking. The only things that leave your device are what the app needs to sell and restore the one-time purchase.
Your jars, waxes, recipes, supply prices, supplies on hand and burn tests are stored only on your device. Burn test photos you take or choose are saved inside the app, not in your photo library. None of it is uploaded to us. Deleting the app deletes it.
The app asks to use the camera only when you take a burn test photo. Choose photo opens the system photo picker, which shares only the one photo you pick.
The purchase is made through Apple. Apple handles payment; we never see your card or your Apple ID. To show the price, check whether the app is unlocked and restore the purchase on a new device, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase service. RevenueCat receives the purchase record, a random ID the app makes up, and the basic details every request carries: device model, iOS version, language, App Store country, and an Apple identifier for this app on this device. None of it is your name, email or Apple ID, and none of it is used to track you. We use the purchase records only to unlock the app. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Deleting the app deletes everything it stored on your device. To have your purchase record deleted from RevenueCat, email us at the address below and we will delete it. Apple keeps its own record of the purchase under Apple's privacy policy.
No accounts, no analytics or tracking tools, no advertising, no location, no contacts, and no tracking across other apps or websites.
Candle Calculator is not aimed at children and collects nothing from anyone beyond what is described above.
